The Basics
- Growth Plays is hiring a Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience working in an agency, based in the US or Canada.
- We hold a high bar, we move with purpose, and we're building AI systems into the core of how we operate. As we grow, we need a Project Manager who can keep everything running smoothly.
- This role is ideal for an organized, execution-first operator who thrives on keeping complex, multi-team workflows running without a hitch. We need an AI-native doer who thrives on building systems that produce results.
- You are extremely detail-oriented and can QA your own work, so nothing falls through the cracks and every deliverable lands on time.
- You will work closely with our delivery, operations, and account management teams to ensure all client deliverables ship on schedule and no project or task goes untracked.
- Location: Remote (US or Canada preferred)
- Role type: Full-time, exempt
- Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 DOE, plus we cover home internet, a coworking space, and all necessary office equipment.
- Benefits:
- Health, vision, dental (90% covered; 40% for dependents), FSA options
- Matching 401(k) (after 6 months, up to 4%)
- 3 weeks PTO
- That's 15 days of vacation of your choosing, and then we shut down fully the last week of the year.
- $40/month coffee & snack stipend
- Internet, coworking, and equipment covered
The Role
- You will serve as the connective tissue among our delivery, operations, and account management teams, ensuring the right work reaches the right people at the right time.
- You will own the central view of all active client projects and tasks across the agency, proactively flagging anything at risk of slipping behind deadline and driving it to resolution before it becomes a problem.
- You'll work directly with account managers to understand what's due, when, and for whom, and then hold the delivery side accountable to those timelines.
- You proactively learn what each client values, including their preferred formats, feedback styles, and non-negotiables, and you make sure the team is never guessing.
- You'll be a builder and maintainer of the systems that keep our project infrastructure clean, current, and trustworthy, so the whole team can focus on doing great work instead of hunting for status updates.
- At times, you will be the first to spot a bottleneck or gap, and you'll be expected to raise it, propose a fix, and see it through.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep every deliverable on track: Own the full project pipeline and ensure nothing ships late or gets lost in the shuffle.
