Your Background & Skill Set:
- You are an experienced agency-side SEO professional with a background in B2B, particularly in SaaS and/or developer tooling.
- (in house experience is a plus, but several years agency experience is required)
- You are deadline-conscious, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with customers on all things SEO, technical and editorial.
- You have strong project and time management skills. You are organized and love to create and maintain process.

- You can identify and diagnose straightforward technical issues and explain why and how to remedy the issue:
- i.e. dealing with broken links, XML sitemap issues, broken images, page load speed problems, redirect chains, poor internal linking, low CTR due to suboptimal meta data, duplicate content, indexation issues, etc. is a breeze for you.
- Another team will be putting together the deliverables, but you are able to QA and explain the work.
- You have a track record for moving accounts forward and creating success with SEO in terms of traffic, leads, and closed-won revenue.
- You can speak on SEO in front of executives and clearly demonstrate your expertise — but you also know how to role up your sleeves and get your hands dirty and create wins on your own.
- Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to draft clear emails, decks, and strategy documents, and to shoot async videos (via Loom) to walk customers through issues and solutions.
- Notion experience is a major plus. We run on it.
